Jimmy, a low level bagman for the Russian mob is a nice guy. Probably too nice for his own good. When an outstanding debt rears its head Jimmy is looking to get out. However things become complicated when he meet Kira, a fresh off the boat girl destined to for a life in a brothel.

Okay crime drama never generates much in the way of thrills thanks to no real sense of place or reality. The sets look more like re purposed rooms than actual locations. Perhaps it would have worked better had I not caught the camera in the reflections. Worse the performances, while adequate never thrill. We never have a sense of the characters life past the edge of the screen.

While not a bad film, it never generates anything to really make it memorable.
