Introducing "Flame"
Congratulations to our MA animation students who have recently completed their short film project: "Flame", which is now being entered into international film festival competitions. On a dark night in the desert, Flame is born. He soon realizes that the same storm that brought him to life is now a threat to his survival. Flame was directed by Cherelle Owusu and produced by Carolina Xavier, under the supervision of MA supervising tutor Amedeo Beretta.
Flame
Flame was completed by our MA animation students as part of their fourth module, AN7004, a studio project.
Team work
The studio project focuses on team work, preparing students for the reality of work in the animation industry, in which artists rarely work alone, instead collaborating together on group projects. Group project work is one of the main pillars of what we call The Escape Method, our unique blend of intensive classroom teaching, online tutorials, constructive feedback, industry engagement, and group project work.
