Concept Art Returns on 5 February 2020, taught by Sandra Duchiewicz.  Concept Art is a part-time evening class, taught one night a week, running for eight weeks. Concept Art introduces students to the many techniques and skills that go up to make a well-rounded concept artist, and is taught primarily in Photoshop. The tutor for this course is Sandra Duchiewicz, an experienced concept artist and illustrator based in London.  Sandra's film credits include the 2014 indie horror film "Apparition of Evil".

Concept Art is one of the most interesting and creative parts of our industry, requiring a broad skillset of 2D and 3D talents.

Concept Art Student Work

Concept Artists work closely with the director and the production designer, helping to determine the look and feel of a production.

Increasingly, concept artists work in-house at production houses to help visual effects studios sell their services, impressing clients with beautiful artwork and helping to land big VFX contracts.

Concept Art starts on 5th February and runs until the 8th of April. Class is from from 7 until 10pm, one night per week.

Sandra Duchiewicz, an experienced concept artist and illustrator based in London.  Sandra's film credits include the 2014 indie horror film "Apparition of Evil". 

Fee
The course fee is £995. 

Mode of study: Part-time. One evening a week 7pm - 10pm

What's involved?

Being a concept artist involves a broad range of skills, including a knowledge of drawing, painting and software kills.  Sandra will introduce students to a wide variety of techniques, showing them how to achieve excellent results with a wide variety of different approaches.
