Video artist Fox Maxy cuts together clips from the last ten years to make a 71 minute experimental headache.

Playing like a random bunch of video clips with a couple of really loose through lines I don't know what I'm supposed to make of this. I don't mean that to suggest that the film is beyond me but rather this reminds me of the video programs and DVDs that were circulating in the late 1990's and early 2000's and I have a DVD case full of.  They were great when the editor/director managed to build up something from the sound and images, but they were painful when they didn't. 

GUSH never pulls it together. It's too scattershot with a frequently annoying soundtrack that makes connection impossible. Normally I regret not seeing films on the big screen but the ability to control the volume made it possible for me to get to the end of the film.

Unless you are heavily into experimental films give this one a pass
