I really am not a fan of this film. I really didn’t like or connect to either Shep or Mandy who don’t seem remotely real. To be honest the film feels like it was created by people who learned about life by watching really bad sitcoms. People don’t talk to each other as speak at people and try to say something witty with each line. It all feels like polished unreality and I kept waiting for the laugh track to kick in.

While I would think the basic idea would make an interesting film, this isn’t.
