Model Making Workshops with Aardman 12 Oct

Aardman animation are coming to London, bringing two model making workshops this Saturday 12th October. 

The workshops are one hour long and take place at 4pm at the Hackney Picturehouse (see flyer below) and at 3.45pm at The Ritzy in Brixton (see flyer left).

The workshops form a part of the Aardman Animation day, which includes screenings and activities for kids, starting at 10.30am.

The afternoon workshops are for adults only and will be led by model makers from Aardman, such as Claire Cohen, Senior Modelmaker at Aardman, who will give an insight into stop-motion animation and what it is like to work at one of the UK's most enduring and well-loved animation houses.

£5 per workshop
Details of the workshops are here - tickets for the workshop are just £5 per person and include all materials.

Aardman Animation
Here are Escape Studios we're big fans of Aardman and their work.  In the past they have been Industry Mentors for our short course in 3D animation, helping animators such as Rich Jeffrey build a stellar career in the industry.

Aardman make excellent films, and the UK is lucky to have such a talented studio making consistently excellent films, such as their new movie "Sean the Sheep - Farmageddon". 

On a personal note, Aardman gave my father studio space at their studio for over ten years, a decade which was undoubtedly among the happiest and most fulfilling of his professional life.
