Introducing "VOID"

Introducing "Void", the latest short film from our third year undergraduate animation students at Escape Studios.  "Void" was directed by Kaya Akinci, edited and produced by Luis Yarroll.  The short animated film is currently being entered into film festivals around the world.

VOID
Void tells the story of a chance encounter with a mysterious black cat on the London Underground.

It was completed as part of Studio Module PR6001, a collaborative module in which third-year animation students work together on short film projects, simulating as closely as possible the environment and pipeline of a real animation studio.

Software
The short was animated in Maya, rendered in Unreal Engine, and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.
