The story of a famous punk rock singer turned self destructive mess.

The first hour and a half of this movie was miserable. If you like watching an obnoxious, unlikeable character who is a huge mess then you might enjoy it.

The disaster went on for too long, but I guess the director wanted to show what a mess the lead character was. It was painful and mind boggling to watch as the father of her child let the child stick around while the mom was acting crazy.

I kept contemplating walking out. People around me were on their cell phones, and a few left early. I stuck around hoping it would get better. The last half hour had some redeeming qualities but not enough to make me like this film at all.

Overall, I feel like I wasted almost 2 1/2 hours of my life. Way too long. Skip it. Save your money, and more importantly, your time.
