"Punch" Best Micro Short at Vesuvius Fest

Congratulations to the makers of "Punch", an animated short film created at Escape Studios.

"Punch" was written and directed by Niccolo Smaldone, and was a collaboration between post-graduate students on the MA in Storyboarding and Previsualisation and also animation.  

"Punch" is a short story about a forgotten theatre in a city park which tries to tempt a young boy away from the distractions of his mobile phone.

Niccolo Smaldone is a student at Escape Studios, studying for his MA in Storyboarding and Previsualisation.  "Punch" was completed in collaboration with animators and VFX students at Escape Studios.
